ILL YO' Patta, l’incontournable marque de streetwear hollandaise, originaire d’Amsterdam, se rappelle aux bons souvenirs des années 2000 avec sa nouvelle collection Fall/Winter 2023.
Une chose est sûre, l’oversize est de rigueur et les ensembles vestes/pantalons une vraie signature.
Une plongée textile dans une époque et dans une vibe où le matching des pièces était monnaie courante et où le chinage/la débrouille de la pièce maîtresse était un lifestyle à part entière. Une véritable chasse au trésor qui poussait à l’originalité en permanence.
Une différence qui se faisait souvent par le choix des marques, et l’arboration de différents logos (et donc d’appartenance à certaines tribus), les sizings et d’innombrables motifs dont l’incontournable camouflage militaire faisait partie.
Un motif exploité de différentes façons par Patta dans cette collection Fall/Winter 2023 et que l’on retrouve sur plusieurs pantalons, pulls, cardigans, hoodies et manteaux.
J’aime particulièrement l’utilisation de l’oversize dans le lookbook, ainsi que la superposition des pièces. Mentions spéciales aux tee-shirts football Us beige et bleu marine et leurs cols en V emblématiques, le pull en maille « Peace », la veste noire légèrement défraichie et le pull vintage jaune

Patta, the essential Dutch streetwear brand from Amsterdam, is bringing back fond memories of the 2000s with its new Fall/Winter 2023 collection.
One thing’s for sure: oversize is the order of the day, and jacket and trouser combinations are a real signature.
It’s a textile plunge into an era and a vibe where piece-matching was commonplace, and scavenging for the perfect piece was a lifestyle in its own right. A real treasure hunt that constantly pushed for originality.
A difference that was often made through the choice of brands, and the display of different logos (and therefore belonging to certain tribes), sizings and countless motifs, including the unavoidable military camouflage.
It’s a motif that Patta uses in a variety of ways in this Fall/Winter 2023 collection, and can be found on a number of trousers, jumpers, cardigans, hoodies and coats.
I particularly like the use of oversize in the lookbook, and the layering of the pieces. Special mentions go to the beige and navy blue Us football T-shirts with their iconic V-necks, the knitted ‘Peace’ jumper, the slightly faded black jacket and the vintage yellow jumper.
It’s a return to its roots for the Dutch brand that smacks of maturity! Get yours now!
